Chef Knife with Stabilized Karelian Birch Handle
Blade is high carbon 1095 steel. The handle is stabilized Karelian Birch with stainless steel spacer and water buffalo horn bolster. The horn shows some white and brown accents and streaks. 8 inches of cutting edge, 1-7/8 inches high at the heel, 13 inches OAL. Blade shows some minor forging marks.
