You do not have to put in your full address. In the  address field simply put your city it will be accepted.

If you want the map to more accurately show your location you can drag the map marker close to your real location.

You first must register an account which you can do on our main page: https://smithlist.net/ 

Once you are registered you can login and add a listing by clicking Add Place in the top menu.
